visa services
We facilitate visa processing on behalf of our clients by liaising with embassies and diplomatic missions just for cases where the personal appearance of the applicants is not required.
We have record of all foreign embassies in Nairobi, their visa requirements, visa fees, and processing period.

We provide transfer services between airports and city hotels and residential areas within Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu.

Hotel & Conference Booking
We are excellent at arranging meetings, incentives, conference& exhibitions, (MICE) for large and small groups. Depending on the number of guests, we are able to negotiate for affordable prices or discounts. We offer both local and international hotels and conference bookings.
If given the opportunity, we will undertake the following tasks for you during conferences:-
- Flight reservations to the venue of the meeting
- Airport transfer services
- Meet and assist services at the airport.
- Inspection of conference rooms and equipment.
- Hotel reservations, ticket re confirmations and tour arrangements.

Tours, Holidays & Safaris
We arrange hassle and hustle free safaris and holiday packages for organizations, schools, individuals and conference participants. Our tours department shall arrange local, regional and international tours upon request from you.
Once we receive tours/holiday request, we immediately open a file and give it the name of the booker. This will be used to file all the communications including rates and a check list of all special requirements requested by you. This way we avoid inconveniences to our guests during safaris.
We ensure quality during safaris to our clients using the following:
- In order to enhance quality, all vehicles used for safaris undergo regular maintenance before every safari checked to ensure they are up to the task.
- We always do a briefing session which is mandatory before departure. We use this session to advice on weather at the location to be visited, park/museum/game reserve dos & don’ts and every other important detail about the tour/safari.
- Our drivers and guides are well trained to offer professional and interesting service.
- We also provide a mobile phone with credit to the lead car so as to report any emergencies to the base office if need arises.
